4. Fragrance Testing Kit

Our Fragrance Testing Kit is intended to help customers experience and compare our fragrances before purchasing a full-size candle.

The experience of a fragrance may vary between individuals. Purchasing or using the testing kit does not guarantee that a particular fragrance will be suitable for every customer.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once we confirm the order and/or dispatch the products.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Technical or payment-related errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment process.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

We use third-party payment providers to process online payments. Scence does not store your complete payment card details on its own servers.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's operations.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for damage-related claims.

Eligible claims will be reviewed by Scence, and approved damaged or incorrect products will generally be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

9. Fragrance Preferences and Returns

Due to the subjective nature of fragrance, we do not accept returns or replacements simply because a customer does not like or prefer a particular scent.

Change-of-mind requests, personal fragrance preferences, or dissatisfaction with the scent alone do not qualify for a return or replacement.

We recommend using our Fragrance Testing Kit if you are unsure about your preferred fragrance.

10. Candle Safety

Candles are products involving an open flame and must be used responsibly.

Always follow the candle care and safety instructions provided with the product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, flammable materials, and other heat-sensitive objects.

Scence shall not be responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or use contrary to the product's intended purpose.
